PERFORMANCE

The Mansory P850 is based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63 and uses an upgraded 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing 850 bhp and 1,150 Nm of torque. The Mansory PowerXtra package increases output substantially over the standard G 63, allowing the P850 to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 3.5 seconds. Power is delivered through a nine-speed automatic transmission and AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel drive. The conversion also includes a Mansory performance exhaust, revised suspension components and the original G-Class three differential locks.

dESIGN

This P850 is finished in Nardo Grey with a Tiffany Blue Mansory leather interior, a distinctive combination that separates it from conventional G-Class specifications. The Mansory widebody conversion includes extended wheel arches, a carbon fibre bonnet, front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser and roof-mounted lighting. The 24-inch Mansory FD.15 forged wheels complete the exterior. Inside, Tiffany Blue diamond-quilted leather covers much of the cabin, complemented by carbon fibre trim, Mansory embroidery, a bespoke steering wheel and heated, ventilated massage seats.

OUR TAKE

The Mansory P850 Nardo Edition is one of the more unusual G-Class conversions we have seen. Only 10 examples are advertised for this edition, and the specification is what makes this particular car interesting. The Nardo Grey exterior works well with the exposed carbon fibre bodywork and 24-inch forged wheels, while the Tiffany Blue leather interior is a much bolder choice. The diamond quilting, Mansory steering wheel and carbon fibre trim extend the customisation throughout the cabin.

The mechanical upgrades are equally substantial. The 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 produces 850 bhp and 1,150 Nm, a significant increase over the standard G 63. The performance exhaust, wider bodywork and suspension modifications give the P850 a different character from the original Mercedes-AMG.

With 7,500 km, European specifications and no reported accidents, this example brings together an unusual colour combination, extensive Mansory customisation and limited production. For us, the appeal is in the complete specification, particularly the contrast between the Nardo Grey exterior and Tiffany Blue interior.
