- Evaluate : Get a free and accurate car valuation with no obligation. Our dedicated team will evaluate your car and give you the best price based on market standards.

2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
- Not be subject to any sanctions, restrictions, or prohibitions under applicable laws, including but not limited to UAE Central Bank regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) obligations.
- Undergo and successfully pass any Know Your Customer (KYC), due diligence, or identity verification checks as may be required by AUTOMOBILI MOTORS LLC or relevant authorities.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
- Not impersonate or misrepresent your identity, or use another person’s identity, documents, or credentials without authorization.
- Submit all required documentation (such as Emirates ID, passport, driving license, proof of residence, proof of funds, or any other documents as may be required under UAE law and/or by AUTOMOBILI MOTORS LLC).
- Sign all agreements, declarations, and documents necessary to complete any transaction, consignment, financing, or registration process.
- Not use the website or our services for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes.
- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).
- Ensure timely payment of all applicable fees, charges, and vehicle purchase/service amounts.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices and commissions applied by AUTOMOBILI MOTORS LLC are fully transparent and communicated clearly to both buyers and sellers. Prices listed on our website, showroom, or marketing materials are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be made through the following methods:
- Bank transfer or cash (in AED or other accepted foreign currencies, subject to additional conversion and processing fees).
-Cryptocurrency payments, subject to applicable UAE regulations, exchange rates, and additional processing fees.
- Credit or debit card payments, with applicable bank charges ranging between 3% to 6% of the transaction amount. These charges are not included in the listed price.
The costs of vehicle repairs, maintenance, or reconditioning will be quoted transparently and must be settled either by the current owner or, if agreed, by the new purchaser — always with prior written approval of the concerned party.
Additional costs, such as insurance, servicing, extended warranty, registration, RTA fees, and any other ancillary charges, are not included in the listed vehicle price, unless explicitly stated otherwise. These additional costs are always borne by the purchaser.
5. Vehicle Information & Warranty
- While we strive to provide accurate vehicle details, we do not guarantee that all information (mileage, specifications, history) is error-free.
- Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and request third-party inspection reports if needed.
- Warranty coverage (if applicable) will be provided as per manufacturer or third-party warranty provider.
6. Consignment & Trade-In
- While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date vehicle details, AUTOMOBILI MOTORS LLC does not guarantee that all information (including mileage, specifications, and history reports) is completely error-free.
- Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles in person and may request third-party inspection or certification reports at their own cost.
- It is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is properly insured at all times, in accordance with UAE law and before any sale, consignment, or transfer of ownership.
- Warranty coverage (if applicable) will be provided strictly in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer, third-party warranty provider, or as explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
We may facilitate financing, insurance, and warranty through third-party providers. We are not liable for their terms, decisions, or performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
AUTOMOBILI MOTORS LLC shall not be held responsible for:
- Losses, damages, or claims arising from inaccurate information provided by users.
- Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, vehicle descriptions, and designs, is the exclusive property of AUTOMOBILI MOTORS LLC or its licensors. All content published on our official social media accounts (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) is also the exclusive property of AUTOMOBILI MOTORS LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or exploited without our prior written consent.
The trademark “AUTOMOBILI” and any related brand assets (logos, designs, taglines) are duly registered and legally protected intellectual property owned by AUTOMOBILI MOTORS LLC.Any infringement, misuse, or attempt to dilute, imitate, or harm the reputation of the AUTOMOBILI brand shall result in legal action and prosecution by AUTOMOBILI MOTORS LLC under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
