PERFORMANCE
The Temerario combines a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 with three electric motors for a total output of 920 CV. The V8 alone produces 800 CV and can rev to 10,000 rpm, an unusually high figure for a turbocharged production engine. Power goes through an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel drive, with 0–100 km/h completed in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 343 km/h. Rear-wheel steering, torque vectoring and carbon-ceramic brakes are also part of the package.
dESIGN
This car is finished in Nero Noctis with a Nero Alcantara interior and Arancio contrast details. The exterior combines large side air intakes, a front splitter, rear diffuser and exposed V8 engine design. Inside, Alcantara sports seats and carbon-fibre details are paired with a digital instrument cluster, central infotainment system and a separate passenger display.
OUR TAKE
The Temerario marks a major change for Lamborghini. The naturally aspirated V10 of the Huracán has been replaced by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8, but Lamborghini developed an engine that revs to 10,000 rpm and produces 800 CV before the three electric motors are added. Combined output reaches 920 CV, with 0–100 km/h in 2.7 seconds.
This specification keeps the design clean. Nero Noctis over Nero Alcantara gives the car a discreet base, while the Arancio details bring colour into the cabin without taking over the specification. Carbon fibre, sports seats and the passenger display complete an interior that feels more modern than the Huracán while remaining focused on the driver.
With 0 km, European specifications and two keys, this example is effectively a new car. More importantly, the Temerario introduces a completely new mechanical formula for Lamborghini: a 10,000 rpm turbocharged V8, three electric motors and 920 CV in the model that replaces the Huracán.
