PERFORMANCE

The new 3.6-liter turbocharged flat-six works with an electric turbocharger and an integrated motor system to reduce turbo lag and improve throttle response. The T-Hybrid system supports acceleration without adding excess weight, preserving the 911’s rear-engine characteristics. Power delivery remains linear while torque arrives earlier in the rev range. Revised suspension calibration and chassis control systems maintain the balance expected from a GTS model.

dESIGN

Porsche introduced the 992.2 Carrera GTS T-Hybrid as a technical evolution of the 911 lineup. The updated front and rear light signatures reflect the facelifted generation while preserving the classic 911 proportions. Wider track dimensions and GTS-specific details emphasize its performance positioning. Inside, driver-focused ergonomics, digital instrumentation, and material precision follow Porsche’s continuous refinement of the 911 architecture.

OUR TAKE

The 992.2 Carrera GTS T-Hybrid marks a turning point for the 911. It feels familiar, yet completely new. The new hybrid-assisted flat-six delivers sharper response and stronger mid-range power. Acceleration feels instant and incredibly linear. The boost comes without drama, just pure efficiency and control. The GTS setup keeps everything focused. Lower stance, wider track, and precise steering. It feels planted, confident, and alive in every corner. Inside, the cabin remains pure 911. Driver-focused, clean, and purposeful.
